品名 ：歸脾丸
剂 型 ：浓缩丸。
成 份 ：党参，白术(炒)，黄芪(蜜炙)，甘草(蜜炙)，茯苓，制远志，酸枣仁(炒)，龙眼肉，当归，木香，大枣。
处方来源：〔宋〕《济生方》。此后薛立斋《校注妇人良方》中增加了当归，远志二味药。现行通用配方是以薛氏为依据。
功能主治：益气健脾，养血安神。用于心脾两虚，气短心悸，失眠多梦，头昏头晕，肢倦乏力，食欲不振，崩漏便血。
用法用量：口服。一次8~10丸，一日3 次。
