Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège is a balanced Cognac with a 40% ABV, representing 200 years of Hennessy’s expertise. Crafted from a blend of over 60 eaux-de-vie sourced from the four premier vineyards of the Cognac region, it is slowly matured in old barrels, allowing the tannins to mellow and its character to become refined.
Commissioned in 1817 by the future King George IV of England, Hennessy V.S.O.P was created to captivate guests at a grand gathering. It was the first major accomplishment of Hennessy’s original Master Blender, Jean Fillioux, whose family has perfected it over eight generations spanning two centuries.
