How to Use<\/p>\n
Peel away from the paper backing. Apply directly to the affected body area. If you need to, cut the plaster into small pieces and apply to the area. This plaster is more effective if you use it after a bath.<\/p>\n
For adults and children who are 2 or older: Apply to the affect body part up to three or four times each day. For children less than two, do not use \u2013 consult a doctor.<\/p>\n
