姬松茸竹荪菌菇鸡汤的做法

竹荪撕去菌裙（白色网衣），剪去蒂部（封闭的一端），用淡盐水浸泡10分钟，切成4~6厘米的小段备用

姬松茸、花菇、木耳泡发（半小时左右），花菇剪去根蒂

老母鸡洗净飞水（放入凉水中，大火煮开沸滚3~5分钟，然后将水倒掉，冲洗干净）

把老母鸡和其他材料（除竹荪外）放入锅中，加适量清水，武火煮开后用文火慢炖2小时，最后放入竹荪再炖15分钟

出锅前加盐调味即可

小贴士

1.竹荪一定要剪去蒂部（封闭的一端），不然会有一股怪怪的味道。

2.花菇上可以划上十字，更入味。

3.汤包内的材料是按照一只老母鸡的用量来搭配的，如果只有半只鸡，材料用量也要减半。菌菇味鲜，用得太多会抢鸡的鲜味。
