漳州银耳/雪耳介绍:因為我發現很多人不懂得辨識,何謂真正的高品質靚雪耳,只被外貌蒙蔽!高品質應以「漳州銀耳」為首,一般人卻容易被大大个、淡金黃色的「雪耳球」混淆。真正靚雪耳,其實叫銀耳,色澤帶瘀黃,浸發後會發大,無論煲湯或是燉湯水,都能保持爽脆口感,这种才是靚貨及有顯著功效。有些生產商則以硫磺加工雪耳,特點是大大个,顏色非常金黃均勻,令大家錯覺以為這些外貌靚仔的雪耳才是正貨,而經硫磺加工後的雪耳煲湯,會溶溶爛爛的,用來做糖水稠度十足,如是者容易引起錯覺,以為膠質重有護膚效果,其實大家食緊劣質食材都不知啊!
除了護膚功效外,漳州銀耳也有生津止咳、潤肺補氣功效,特別適合秋冬天氣,所以天氣一涼,用雪耳燉甜品,應節又好味,護膚又降燥,是女性秋冬的最佳食療
雪耳南北杏川貝燉雪梨糖水
空氣中的濕度漸漸下降,不單皮膚,喉嚨也變得乾涸,大家不妨煲這個簡單的糖水飲用.如果不加冰糖,可以當日常水飲用,常飲的話皮膚也變得水水的啊!
材料(2人份量):
漳州银耳/雪耳3朵,雪梨1粒,南北杏适量,冰糖适量
做法:
用雪耳浸發,把銀耳發黃的根部去除
雪梨去皮切塊,冰糖、南北杏洗淨。
在鍋中加入足量的水,水滾後加入雪耳及南北杏,轉中小火煮20分鐘。
放入冰糖,加入梨塊,煮20分鐘後,再焗20分鐘後,即可享用。

梨的脂肪低,不含膽固醇,亦是纖維和維生素C的重要來源.另外梨含有豐富的維生素B,能保護心臟,減輕疲勞,增強心肌活力,降低血壓; 梨有較多醣類物質和多種維生素,易被人體吸收,增進食慾,對肝臟具有保護作用; 梨性涼並能清熱鎮靜,常食能使血壓恢復正常,改善頭暈目眩等症狀。 梨可清喉降火,播音、演唱人員經常食用煮好的熟梨,能起到保養嗓子的作用
